TSE offers individual and team training through our Director of Coaching and Player Development, Don Cameron Don’s Bio. The training is specifically designed to meet the specific needs of the individual player or team. Topics iclude:
Individual techniques; passing, receiving, dribbling, running with the ball, shooting, defending and heading.
Team Training - Defending - pressing, covering, balancing through the thirds of the field.
Team Training - Attacking, from the defensive third, in central areas, wide areas and in and around the box.
Physical Fitness - speed, agility and quickness sessions, developing speed, improving speed endurance, plyometrics, weight training etc
