The TSE Soccer Philosophy is based on the Director's experience having played, coached and studied soccer in 4 continents of the world. The British and US players have an outstanding will to win and passion for the game. In Africa the players have a free and creative style of playing soccer. You have the discipline and work ethic of the German and Asian players who play to a rigid system of play. And then of course there are the South American players! The experiences I have had throughout the world have shaped my soccer philosophy and made me realize that somewhere in the combination of the above there is the complete soccer player.
The TSE Philosophy and Aims when designing leagues and programs are as follows:
• Design Leagues that help the players to develop a great enthusiasm and passion for the game. • Let players have a freedom in their play and assist them rather than command them. • Develop players that are always ‘comfortable’ on the ball in all situations on the field. • Assist in the player’s social and life skills development by creating a friendly and fun but hardworking environment where each player is an individual but works for the benefit of the team. • Consolidate soccer and athletic technique at an early age as possible. • Introduce tactical play and conditioning training when appropriate once players have consolidated their own technical skills.
TSE is fully committed to providing leagues and training that will help players develop their skills and techniques through their own guided discovery in a fun and enjoyable soccer environment.
