Total Soccer Experience (TSE) is focused on providing a professional, unique and progressive soccer coaching, training and management service.
TSE will develop and implement technical and tactical soccer programs in a professional and challenging coaching environment.
TSE will ensure the program is inclusive to all coaches and players regardless of playing ability, gender or race. TSE will provide leadership and guidance and help players, coaches and parents develop their soccer skill set and education through innovative soccer programs.
TSE will offer a unique and professional soccer experience. The owner is highly visible in conducting the training and services to build on the foundation of excellence currently perceived by the customers. All other employees will be hired based on their experience and qualifications. All coaches will be trained by the owner and will hold at least the minimum state soccer coaching license. The coaches will be under the direct supervision and management of the owner until they are deemed competent and expert enough to promote the Company vision of professional expertise.
